White Chili

Saute onions and/or garlic (according to taste) in a little oil in bottom of pot. Add a couple cans of chicken broth, and spicy tomatoes. Then add 2 cans of white beans (drained) and cooked cut-up chicken. May add more chopped tomatoes (My family likes tomatoes in this alot). Simmer may add alittle black pepper to taste. Serve with rolls, cornbread, or crackers.
