2 pounds ground chuck (I use regular ground beef or if in a hurry already made meatballs about 2.5 pounds)
1 cup corn flakes cereal crumbs(or dried bread crumbs)
3 eggs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoons minced green onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 glove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown Sugar
1 tablespoon lemon Juice
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl; stir well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in an ungreased 14x10x1 inch jellyroll pan. Bake, uncovered, at 500 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Drain, transfer to a chafing dish, keep warm. Combine cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally; pour over meatball. Serve warm.
