Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

5# potatoes, peel, cube, boil, and drain
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1.8 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
2 T butter

Mash potatoes with other ingredients. Pop into a crockpot to keep warm until serving. Potatoes may be made up to 1 week ahead of time, then put into the crockpot Thanksgiving morning to warm.
